I have just been reassessed for PIP was on standard rate of care Enhanced rate mobility after going to tribunal. My daughter took me to the assessment center in my wheelchair but the assessor has said that I walked 60 meters to the center stopping once with the aid of a stick so they have now put me down to the standard rate of mobility again because the assessor lied.

    Hi @Janh,

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you asked for a mandatory reconsideration?

Hi Alex I've asked for the assessors report first then I will call and tell them I'm asking for a mandatory reconsideration I just can't believe that she lied I would love to be able to walk that far but with 2 failed spine surgeries I just can't do it.
