This condition affects me in many ways. I get extremely tired at times. Some days I can hardly walk and have to use a walking stick. I have times when I can't get out of bed.

Hello Janie
My name is Carole I have only just joined the group but I noticed that you have Fibromyalgia like me. I know the website for Fibromyalgia UK is very helpful so you may like to try there.
Kind regards and healing hugs
