Hi @jaynept, how are you doing?

Hello @jaynept and welcome to the community.
From the information you have given I would say that you have a potentially good case for direct discrimination resulting in unfair dismissal. You need to get proper advice to discuss what happened and what to do next, your local CAB should be able to assist.
You can find a bit more at https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/work/discrimination-at-work/common-situations/termination-of-employment-and-disability-discrimination/As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change!
