For years myself and my family were misled by an informal diagnosis of Dyspraxia when I was aged six through a group that took on children for partial respite. I haven't ever received help for it and it has impacted on my life in such a way I can't describe the trouble it has caused. I want to be able to access some help as it has just become such a burden and struggle trying to get through life without an official diagnosis. I even lost my University placement over this. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated after a 20 year struggle.

Hi @CaihongHoshi
Welcome to the community, the NHS website says:See your GP if you think you may have undiagnosed dyspraxia or problems with your co-ordination. It's a good idea to keep a diary of your symptoms.
You GP may refer you to a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist for tests. They will assess your movements and how your symptoms are affecting you before making a diagnosis.Scope
