Why was the 2012 Paralympics not able to increase the sport participation of some disabled people? To answer this, I have created an online questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed for disabled people aged 16+ who do less than 150 minutes of activity a week. Completion of the questionnaire is expected to take no longer than 15 minutes. The questionnaire can be accessed by clicking on the following link:

This study (Prop 19_2017_18) has been granted full ethical approval by the University of Kent SSES REAG. To confirm, no personal information related to the participant will be identifiable; all personal information will be anonymised. Confidentiality is assured.

Participants who complete the questionnaire, and provide a contactable email address, will have the opportunity to win one of three Amazon vouchers: £25, £15, or £10.

The questionnaire will close after 10pm on Tuesday 13th February 2018.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries or questions.

Kind regards,

Christopher
