As part of an ongoing research study into our customers’ needs we would like to invite you to complete a short online survey (that should take around 5-7 minutes to complete).

The survey will ask you to rate your experiences and preferences when looking for information on a range of topics relating to disability and long term health conditions or impairments.




There will be a draw to win four x £100 prizes for those who successfully complete the survey by Wednesday 3rd January 2018.
