Sending in sick notes getting assessment rate?

Holidays over December have back log the claim usually takes 13 weeks to process to assessment stage have you received your esa 50 form?

Worst case any delay after 14 week of claim you will get backdated if successful.

Hi @n31, so sorry to hear that the process is taking such a long time- it must be really frustrating for you to have to be chasing things up yourself. Unfortunately it's impossible to guess when you'll get a response, however as mentioned above you may be able to claim backdated payments. Do keep us updated!
