Disabled access to London Underground

Hi, I'm a final year University of Bristol Geography student, and am writing my dissertation on whether disabled people are excluded from access to London Underground. I would really appreciate any responses to my survey that I have made regarding the issue that will help construct my primary research and back up any secondary research I have done. All responses are completely anonymous and the survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete. Equal access to the built environment has always been an issue that I have felt strongly about and I believe far more research is needed to be done to help spread these wider issues to the public.
