Hi looking for the best place for benefit advice, my husband has diabetes type 2,vascular disease,double heart bypass,crohns disease, and we found out before Christmas he has bowel cancer,awaiting surgery in 2 weeks,we live in scotland ,have applied for pip before only to be turned down advice please on what to do next
