Hi, one of my adult children has high functioning autism and at the age of 25 is still unable to get a job. She has applied and been turned down before she even gets her foot in the doir. She has worked in a voluntary capacity at a factory making preserves with other disabled adults but this is not something she feels she wants long term. She would love to earn money and not have to go to job seekers. She is so keen but suffers from depression due to inability to find paid work.
