I was in receipt of DLA until I was told to claim PIP. Having attended an assessment with ATOS
I was awarded nothing for my mental health. This caused me such a setback and enormous stress, after doing a reconsideration, which failed, I didn’t take the matter further.
I am aware that the DWP are looking into entitlement again, of those with mental health issues and the award of points to those who suffer severe anxieties etc.
My question being, will they the DWP look into such cases that were not awarded PIP.
I suffer extreme and varying anxiety’s and I am bi-polar.
It has been 2years since they refused me PIP.
Any help would be welcome,
thanks Sheels
