I am 65 and have a 32 year old son who is disabled he has brain damage from birth epilepsy.  When looking at my son he looks normal people speak to him as is age but he has an academic age of 5 cannot read or write so why when the people at pips and dss ask him questions they don't read his medical history sorry for sounding off but it very upsetting he didn't ask to be born like this
