Hi @TC63, welcome to the community!

I'm sorry you're dreading your review, it can be really hard to talk about what impacts you. Would writing everything down or having a diary help? I get extremely flustered when discussing my impairments, so looking at what I've written helps me to remember important details.

What is the review for? We have information on the website that could be useful and members of the community may be able to offer some advice.
