The DWP usually take 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal award into payment.
They have 28days to ask for a SOR to find an error in law on which to appeal
You will receive a new decision letter from DWP with the details of payment and any money owed.
You should ring DWP to make sure they have received a copy of the dcision.
ESA is an open ended benefit which can be reassessed at any time, due to back log some are being defered, the 2 year review is only a guideline

Yes SoR is a statement of reason from the judge. They use this to see if an error in law is present ( not very often ) and the basis for appeal to UTT
The most important thing now is to make sure that the decision has been received by DWP
