Need some urgent advice as Ive been reported to dwp by somone,  Im worried what will happen,
The only thing Ive Done wrong is not tell dwp that i go to mental health day Service through psychiatrist? As i honestly Dint think i had to tell them,
I thought you only told them If you had to change 
Address or doctors... Worried about losing benefits now
