Need some urgent advice as Ive been reported to dwp by somone,  Im worried what will happen,
The only thing Ive Done wrong is not tell dwp that i go to mental health day Service through psychiatrist? As i honestly Dint think i had to tell them,
I thought you only told them If you had to change 
Address or doctors... Worried about losing benefits now

take a friend or someone for support as they cant deny this and especially if they are going to be picky on mental Health issues.

Does your letter say "Interview under caution" ?
You are required to inform any change of circumstance  that can affect when where or how you are paid.
Unless your attending is in conflict with your reasons for claim or has produced a change in your health, you are not required ti inform them.
Unfortunately their are some malicious and jealous people in this world

If the jobcentre have asked you to come in and speak to them, think of it as an opportunity to go and explain to them the correct version of events that they may not, at this time, know.

As CR says, there are some malicious people out there, and yours would most definitely not be the first case to be examined and determined that this is what had happened.

If it is an interview under caution, then you are entitled to take a solicitor with you, you can find one on the law society website if you search criminal law, then fraud, you can normally get legal aid if you have low income etc...
