Hello,
We are hopefully coming to the end of a mandatory reconsideration and if everyone is sensible they will find in our favour . But to correct the error it has taken 6 months (so far) ,the error is obvious and totally the fault of DWP and failure to follow its own procedures, we are not looking for compensation but we do want to highlight the issues and get an apology for the stress and hardship this has caused .
has anyone tried this before and had any success? or not? i would love to hear any experiences

Hi @magunra2k, I really hope your MR leads to the outcome you're hoping for. Would you like to tell us some more about the specific situation so we can see if we can advise you?
