Coping with isolation

Vonnie67Vonnie67 ConnectedPosts: 3Member Connected
I feel so isloated, my life is just an existence with lots of pain and discomfort.   I don't see anyone from day to day leading me to forget who I am.
If this is living I don't want it to go on much more.

    Thanks for your reply Misscleo,
May I ask if you've learnt any ways in dealing/coping with this please?
I am disabled from a Road Traffic Accident as a young teen, as well as a stroke nearly 2 years ago.   I am waiting to see a neurologist to confirm if my vascular problems are Vascular Dementia as my Doctor has said it looks like it but as I'm so 'young' they can't confirm it as they are only a GP!!
