Hi vinny and welcome
Take a look at the B&W PIP self test
http://www.mybenefitsandwork.co.uk/pip/indexxx.php
This will give you an idea whether you may qualify
then come back with any questions

Hi vinny
PIP is for both MH and physical
It might be a good idea to get help from CAB or similar

what is CAB mean please? and would i qualify for pip as most of the things i could do but i cant cope working anymore? and how much a week do yiou get on pip?would my gp be able to support me?

CAB is Citizens Advice
PIP is a benefit to help if you have difficulty with daily tasks or mobility
ESA or UC are the benefits for people unable to work due to illness or disability
Your GP may be able to support you but many are to busy
I really do urge you to get face to face advice or ring the Scope help line on monday

Hi @vinny, and welcome!
As CR says, it may be a good idea to seek help from your local Citizens Advice: you can find your local branch on their website. There is also a self-test for PIP that you can take online to see if you may be eligible.
