Although I have a suprapubic catheter, I have to wear pads as confidence against a  bypassing bladder. Does anyone else think there should be a better solution than having to sit in wet uncomfortable pads until the next carer visit. And what's with the advert of the women on the zip-wire in floral inco knickersI I also find the perfume in the 'designer' ones incredibly irritating to my skin.  How anyone can see inco pads as a 'management solution' to bladder problems (especially social services) is beyond me. Come on designers bring me an answer!  I have just discovered 'buscopan' for bladder spasms, but why has it taken my healthcare team months to suggest these!
