Can they cut your ESA after failing an assessment due to them not listening to all the information when your on PIP ?
And will this affect my PIP ?
My first assessment for ESA I was in there for nearly an hour, this one i was only there for maybe 30 mins at most,it was like she was trying to rush it.

Hi @Allessa
I'm not sure how these assessments are calculated as there is no consistency but much evidence has proved assessments are causing numerous problems so I'd suggest making sure you have representation to help you
As there are various changes that keep occurring where benefits are concerned perhaps a benefit advisor would know more
I'm sorry I cannot help on this occasion but I hope someone else can answer your query
Best of luck with everything
