Why doesn't the DWP employ those people on the panel to do the assessment / decisions in the first place and then people would get the correct award?
Just a random thought that probably wouldn't work.
But it's not working currently is it with hundreds appealing because the MR success is just 20%.
I don't know what % feel their entitlement is wrong.
Do not follow me, I don't know where I am going.

    Whistles,
    probably to do with money?.
i totally agree with you but they probably “save” money because people do not question there decision because of the stress/anxiety of it all. That’s they’re plan.
    its disgusting

With the esa being in the news again.
All that benefit change has done is costs thousands because the dwp didn't get it right.
But, it's probably cost people their health and in some cases their lives.
Though they would never say that, just a contributory factor.
Do not follow me, I don't know where I am going.
