Hi. Ive been in receipt of PIP Standard Daily Living Allowance and was assessed and awarded Enhanced Living Allowance and standard Mobility from 5 January 2018. I have continued to receive Standard Daily Living Allowance for 5 January, 5 February and 5 March of £222.60. Should i receive an extra payment in March for 5 Jan to 5 Feb for the increase? Thanks in advance.

hi dmwors
What is the date of your decision letter ?
you should be receiving £420.40
You should ring the DWP for an explaination

Hi and thanks for your reply. The letter came on Monday and said the decision was from 5 January 18 as this was my f-f and also my existing pip payment date. Am i due the difference for one month? Do they pay in arrears?
-
PIP is paid four weeks in arrears, but your decision letter should tell you the amount due. You should have received the increase in febuary.
A phone call to DWP is needed to sort it out

Letter states decision from 5 January 2018 and amount awarded from this date. I have received £222,60 on 5 jan/Feb/March. Just checked my bank and there is a payment of £191.71 today. Is this correct.

It doesn't seem to tie up with any amout.
The only way is to ring DWP for an explaination

Thanks. I will do as they had assessed in January and failed to inform me. Only just received the letter. So they do make mistakes. Thanks again. X

Cockney Rebel. Just a quick update. You were correct. They had only released a part payment (mistake) so have corrected this. Thanks for your help.

Glad you got it sorted, always a pleasure to help
