Hi
I had a change of circustance of my contidion and went to review appointment on 1st March and I received a text from DWP saying they had received the report on 2nd March. Its been 4 weeks and no response or decision made. What should I do?

There's nothing you can do. There's no timescales to any decisions. You can ring for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you. This will give you some idea what the decision will be as they mostly go with that report. Other than that you have to wait, unfortunately.

If a decision goes in your favour you'll have a new award date. If it doesn't your money will stop 4 weeks after the decision. Very risky putting in a change of circumstances. Good luck and hope it goes in your favour.

I'm in the same situation. Just waiting.  For the first few weeks I was ok but now I'm getting stressed out about it. I'm so sorry your claim wasn't successful.  I hope you get more success on appeal.

That is the problem with pip.
all you can do is sit and wait for weeks on end.
and there is nothing or nobody who can help speed things up abit.
ive waited 6 weeks for decision from DLA- pip.
now I’ve got to wait another 6 weeks for outcome of MR.
then probably 6 months for it to come to a tribuneral.

Its such a stressing process. I feel more depressed but going to ask for MR and they've sent a copy of assessor report.

It isn’t that you don’t qualify for pip
its the fact that they don’t want to give it to you to save the government money.
that is what makes me mad and is why I won’t accept  my result
they hope you will, and a lot of genuine people are frightened of rocking the boat incase they end up worse off.
which again is what they want.
that is why so many are being overturned at
    tribuneral.
im trying to get standard care . I don’t expect enhanced. Just 2 more points which they should of given me under the safety rules of pip.
im not a person who gets stressed. Just angry.
and the more angry I become the more determined I get to get justice for myself.
