Hello @shango56 and a warm welcome to our community. Good to have you with us.
I can't advise on this question but we do have others at Scope who can and who will get back to you as soon as possible. The weekend/Easter may slow things down a little, but if you can bear with us the best people will be in touch asap.
Keep in touch, and do tell us if there is anything else you think we might be able to help you with,
Warmest best wishes,
Richard -
Thanks for getting in touch Shango

Hi shango and welcome
Unfortunately this is not uncommon
When did you receive your decision letter ?
you have one month from the date on the letter to ask for an MR
You should also ask for a copy of the assessment report
Do you have any DL award in payment ?
If so for how long?
It is important to understand the points system, descriptors and criteria for an award
Have a look at the B&W self test
