Not wanting to pry but anyone a sufferer and what works for you?
I realise we can't diagnose etc etc, but I can only think of trying Piriton or some sort of homeopathic type stuff. I don't want prescription drugs.
Now my issues I believe are actually being aggravated by people vaping. They are permitted upstairs on the bus and this chemical will travel downstairs. It's not uncommon for the bus driver to get off and do it either at rest stops.
People also do it at the bus stops without giving any thought to anyone- because it's not considered smoking. In fact it appears to be a fashion and I see more doing this than I ever saw smoking cigarettes. You are still smoking, you are smoking something else, probably more harmful.

Think b&m and places like that sell , unbranded or cheaper versions of piriton, I’m sure I bout some there for an itchy rash on my arms. Worked fine

They warned me that it might make me drowsy because of the other meds. Will see, only plan to take one a day if going out.
Need to add it to my medical alert ID stuff.

I have had allergies for as long as I can remember along with asthma. I took pneumonia in Dec 16 and have had sinus problems since still on the waiting list from Jan 17 I have tried and used every antihistamine out there and started a new one about 6 months ago called fexofenadine 120mg and have seen a big improvement on symptoms. When I'm really bad the doctor gives me these little pippets to put in my nose I know they contain steroids and it's a 6 week course but can't remember what they are called sorry

Might have a look at non branded. I don't want the drowsy though.

@whistles, they do it in non drowsy also.
not sure if the man in uniform is enclosed in the package, if so try and get , buy 1 get 1free
-
That's what I need non drowsy.
I think the man in uniform only comes with the package if you steal it.
