INTRODUCTION TO ITALIAN COOKING

Hello every body.  Thought I would like share my recipes for soup.  These I use for a pick me up and medicinal purposes.

They are simple to do and have added ingredients of Italian style in them.

Also you need the following for all soups.

Saucepan
Knife and bowl
Blender
Sieve

LEEK AND POTATO WITH FENNEL AND CELERY.
Ingredients
1 Pack soup mix Leek and Potato Asda
2 or 3 sticks celery diced sliced
1 Fennel Bulb sliced diced.
1 teaspoon Thyme dried
2 bay leafs
3 stock cubes vegetable

1.Add everything to a saucepan cover with water from a boiling kettle.

2.  For about hour.  Cool down.  Blender sieve. Label  Zip bag

BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND CARROTS AND CHILLI

1 Pack Butternut squash soup pack chilli
2 carrots diced sliced
3 stock cubes vegetable

1.  All ingredients saucepan cover stock cubes water.

2.  Cover hour .  Cool down. Sieve blender. Zip bags label.


FAGOLI VEGETABLE WITH BACON

1Vegetable pack soup ASDA
Pack lardons bacon
2 or 3 sticks celery diced
1 teaspoon Oregano dried
Bay leaf.
3 stock cubes

1.  Bacon fry off add .colour. Add veg sear colour plus everything else. cover boiling water
2.  1 hour simmer.  Cool down .  Blender sieve bowl. Label zip bags.

All soups defrosted with add in beans Cannellini or Borlotti plus Gnocci.
