Help with COPD

Hi ,just joined ! Just wondering have anyone had problems with getting a bit more help if you suffer with copd ? I get none ! A inhaler and see u next year !!

Just that I was diagnosed with copd about 20 months ago ! It has got worse quickly had Spiro well below what it should be ! Fev 1 now 62 ! Been given no advice on anything ! Just 2 inhalers ! And told to come back in 12 months !! Am I wrong in getting frustrated ? Thx

There is lots of information about COPD here that might help.  You can also get support and information from the British Lung Foundation here, you can speak to their helpline on 03000 030 555 and find support in your area here.

If you are unhappy with the support youre receiving, could you ask for a second opinion or referral to a different hospital?
