Hi there
I won my first tier PIP tribunal 3 weeks ago but I still haven't heard from the DWP about payment. Is there a time frame for the DWP to make a decision as to whether they are going to ask for a SOR?
Many thanks in advance

Hi @alijennings, and welcome!
From what others have said, the DWP seem to usually take 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into payment. -
DWP have 28 days to ask for an SOR.
