EDS and rib dislocations

Bit of a random question but I'm sure that someone on here will have some suggestions.
I have hEDS and as a result of this, my ribs are very lose and dislocate easily, causing bruising and tenderness. It has reached the point, a number of time, when wearing a bra is so so painful. If I'm not leaving the house, that's fine but sadly I can't get away with being bra-less if I'm out in public.
Has anyone got any suggestions on bras that are less painful? Sports bras are more painful, even if I buy a bigger size.

Hi @laurahc__
This blogger is talking about a very similar thing, you might like to have a read. They found relief through seeing a Physiotherapist.Scope

Hello laurahc I don't know if you use facebook but there is a really good support group on there for people with HSD/hEDS etc. There is often really good advice and information given.
