Volunteering at my local Scope shop is a reason to be cheerful, the wonderful people I meet, staff and volunteers are like a family where we all help each other out and chat things over. Recently it was my birthday and everyone signed a card a gave me a gift-wrapped present. We support each other and are made to feel welcome and part of the team.

I used to volunteer with a different charity and whilst it was tough at times, due to the nature of the work, I can't think of anything else that I have done in life which has given me so much enjoyment and as many experiences.
My reasons to be cheerful are my cat, the original Prince Louis and my friends who are my virtual cheerleaders on my hardest days.confessionsofazebra.blog -
All the suggestions I have received towards my design project from this forum is a reason to be Cheerful!
