    Hi,

Most MR decisions remain the same, only 20% of them are successful. The likely hood of you having to take it to a Tribunal is very high, so be prepared for this.

If you do have to take it to a Tribunal then you won't have to pay for this. Appearing in person will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

    Hi @lisabrazil80
It is impossible to say what the outcome of the MR is, but if it doesnt go your way, we can offer you support and information about taking the next step to tribunal.

Do let us know how you get on :)
