    i really really hope for that you get your award. i can only imagine the hardships you face and think you sound like you deal with it all well as you possibly could. I feel really more lucky about what i said about my assesment now. capita handled mine. the questions i got asked where not simply yes no i was able to elaborate and was allowed to. it sounds like this wasnt tour experience. Either way i think you should make complaint re the process.
