How safe is it?
The thought worries me more than the problem I am trying to deal with!!
I have a phobia/ anxiety that knocks on the door sometimes. Life would be better if it got told I had moved.
Done the gradual exposure as far as I can actually go. I get anxious. Little embarrassing for my hands to start shaking as I'm an adult! Get a grip of yourself.
