i really need help on a very strange experience I’ve been having over the past few weeks. For a while I’ve been sleep walking at night and finding myself in some very unpleasant places doing some unpleasant things and some very dangerous. This is a very new thing for me and i don’t want it to become a regular occurrence, i don’t know why I’m doing it so if anyone can help me please explain any help will be good.  NC
