I was wondering if you could help me by filling in my survey, ‘Disability in Employment’ below.
I am a third year BA Hons Business and Human Resource Management student at University Centre Blackburn College. This research will explore disability rights within the workplace, focusing on disability legislation, Case Law, reasonable adjustments and schemes that support disabled people into work. Questions will be asked about your experiences in applying for work, disclosing disability, barriers within the workplace, reasonable adjustments and disability schemes. Some questions will require you to tick one option from a list and others will ask you to give detail where possible. I would be very grateful for any support with this.
