Hi guys
I am just wondering if there are any of you who have been told that the dwp are intening on withdrawing their right to appeal at the upper level tribunal
As my partner as been told that the dwp sent a letter dated 17 th of may to the court stating that their plan to withdraw their right to appeal but as yet have not done anything any help on this issue would be helpful
We have been doing battle for just short of 2 yrs now
Many thanks

    Hi

The DWP has lost a number of appeals and withdrawn others.

As a result DWP are having to review many existing claimants.

I would just wait for formal notification that the appeal has been withdrawn.

It is good news that DWP are being very careful what they wish for.

    Keep us informed.

    Best wishes
