I am not sure to suggest! Do you drive? Maybe there are swimming lessons in your neighbouring town. What do you think @Sam_Scope

have managed to find a pool half hour drive away. have missed the start of this session so have signed up for emails. wish me luck lol

All the best with it, @bootmandy! Let us know how you get on!

I am glad you have got it sorted, let me know if you require any more help

Hi @bootmandy
if you haven't already done so check out if your GP is involved with 'social prescribing' (it is available in some areas but not nationwide). 'social prescribing' is when a health professional makes a non-clinical referral to somewhere like a gym, diet club etc, so that a patient can get free access to a service that will benefit their health and well-being. More about social prescribing: https://www.kingsfund.org.uk/publications/social-prescribing
Best wishes

I have started my aqua rehabilitation and I love it. being able to move in water like I can't on land. I know how hard I am working by the aches the next day which is great. I will be a size 12 again lol

Amazing news @bootmandy, so glad to hear you're enjoying it!
