I suffer from Fibromyalga, depression and possibly PTSD from being abused as a child.  My husband has PTSD from military service. I am his carer.  We muddle through, but I don't want us to muddle through I want us to cope well but I'm struggling

    You have come to the forum and have now I hope found support and help plus advice.

    Understand it is never easy asking for help and support

    May I add have you contacted your GP they can also offer help and support.

    Also we are a community who care and share and are supportive.
