I am getting uc and have been for a assment for esa related and have been turned down

    Do you mean you claim UC and have been for a work capability assessment for your UC claim? If so and you've been found fit for work then your next step is the Mandatory reconsideration and you have 28 days yo request this. I'd advise you to ring your local CAB or the likes and ask for help with this.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
