I just wanted to share my experience about getting help for my Mental Health.
This process has taken many years of asking for help via, G.Ps, NHS24, and numerous others, also private treatment.
At the depths of my depression I attempted to take my life 3 years ago and subsequently was retired due to ill health from my work.

This week I had an assessment with the psychology department, not for the first time but......

This woman has restored my faith in getting help.

Im now being referred to see a psyciatrist, psycologist, physio and group treatment.

I just wanted to share as I did give up hope of actually getting someone to listen to me and finally they have.

So please please don’t give up, this has been a long process and many times Iv nearly given up but please keep asking and hopefully you will receive the care you need and deserve.

 Take Care xx
