Ok so I won my appeal at the PIP Tribunal. Thank you so much everyone for your support when I was really stressed out about it. So what did my local authority do? increase my contribution to my personal care and send me a bill for £1395 saying that they had overpaid me. HELP so now I have to deal with social services

Hi @amelia89d I am really happy to hear that you won your tribunal, and I am sure the community will really appreciate you sharing this with us all!
I am sorry to hear you have been overpaid so much. If you ring them up and explain the circumstances then they should be able to set up a level of payment which is manageable for you.

Hope to see you around the community :)
