My daughter got a ESA50 form in again. It is just over a year since we went to tribunal as she scored no points at her medical assessment. We won tribunal and she was put back into support group. She is sight and hearing impaired and has other problems. i think it is disgusting the way The DWP treat genuine disabled people.
Sensory support has not been very good Her case worker has closed her case without telling us and she has been waiting for long cane training for ages.
Had to phone social care direct as you can no longer just ring sensory support team.
Someone was supposed to come out to help me with the form as I am struggling mentally and also physically through arthritis of the hands, all this writing is causing me pain and my handwriting is poor now because of it.
The form has to be in by the 20th so I will have to finish it and post it today. Got to got go to appointment now so will finish it when I come back. I really could do without this constant stress from the DWP.
