I am sorry to hear that you were dismissed on these grounds.
It is possible that you are entitled to PIP and ESA.
You may find the benefit calculator a very useful tool! Also, Scope has a whole page that explains the benefit processes which you may want to look at
If this doesn't help enough then Scope's helpline is available to help with which benefits may be helpful. You can ring them at 0808 800 3333. Similarly, Citizen's Advice may be worth looking at.
In terms of being capable of working, Access to Work can help and support you with having reasonable adjustments within employment.
