Hi,It's about 6 weeks ish. They have 28 days to ask the Tribunal for the statement of reasons, from there they can decide whether they want to appeal the decision or not. To be able to appeal this they must find an error in law, they very rarely do this. Some people have their money in less than 6 weeks, but you should aim for around that time for all the back pay.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
