Hi I have just recieved my award I have been awarded standard rate for mobility and nothing for daily living I recieved 6 points so only 2 points off .
If I asked to reconsider their decision on the daily living apart would they have to look at the mobility part and daily living again are would I still get the mobility part that already has been awarded to me . Also would I still carry on getting the payments .
                  Thankyou

    Hi,

When asking for the MR they will look at the whole award again and not just part of it. You will of course get payments for the award you've got. Most MR decisions remain the same so you could end up taking it to Tribunal.

Also remember that with the MR you do risk losing everything you already have. You have 28 days to request the MR with a letter stating what you disagree with and where you think you should have scored those points.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
