Plenty of physical conditions or injuries lead to drivers being less strong, so it is difficult hauling up the brake lever far enough.
Hill parking is problematic, especially in traffic paused at lights. I heard years ago of a gadget ..... (maybe simply an add on, to make the lever longer? But how would that deal with having to hold the button in? ) Cannot find info.
Please could anyone solve this?

This is a good question as I have variable problems with pain in the left hand and arm.

I had tried the Jeff gosling, nice people, but the thing they make isn't really purposed for weak wrist handbrakING. It is an unintended side effect which may or may not happen after fitting their (costly)gadget for something else.

It is a problem Newborn. Lots of gadgets around but if you have little strength in your hands its difficult to use them. I can't use things to open bottles etc, not enough strength to press and turn.
Son has just got new car which i will drive, has push button brake. Strange at first but love it now. -

There are several retrofit electric/electronic handbrakes available for most cars. These are super easy to operate and really take the strain off the hands.
