Hi, I'm David 49 & 3/4. Since I became disabled in 2015 due to prolonged stay in ICU I developed peripheral neuropathy. I was in hospital for 13 months. My life has totally changed. I'm no longer any use to society and I feel that I have no purpose. Friends have disappeared and most of my family are conspicuous by their absence. I need a life. Everything is a fight and I'm not sure what to do next. I understand that people have their own lives but surely watching TV is not the answer. David.
