Hi everyone I suffer from Fbro Me CFC Anzatiy sorry can’t spell Mental heath and on top off that now PTSD so I don’t get out just seem too lie in bed or watching tv well looking at it on my bad days I would love too learn too do things like knit and coreie I don’t do much writing as can’t spell many thanks for help in advance
