Hi i am new here. I have been turned down for pip after being on minimum dla since 2004. why do dwp not listen to professionals ie forensic phsychiatrists report. yet as i work in the justice system the courts accept these reports and legal aid pays for them. It means the judge often gives a lesser sentence or a caution even on the strength of a gps letter
