Struggling to work with autoimmune illness

Hi, I have a chronic auto immune Illness. I have been ill for 17 years, Most of that time I've worked, But it has become garderto hold down a job as I'm always tired an have serious dizzy spells which often make me fall over or bump into things, Causing injury. I'm due a visit to my specialist in December. Could I claim pip.
